Plugins developed by Smart Infotech Apps (WholesaleEngine, FeeEngine, StatusEngine, and SeqEngine) operate 100% locally inside your WordPress database. Our plugins do not collect, monitor, harvest, or transmit your store catalog, customer PII, transaction volumes, or order details to any external server or telemetry service.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect sensitive browsing information. When you interact with our website or purchase software licenses, the following data may be processed:
- Direct Inquiries & Support Emails: When you send email inquiries to support@smartinfotechapps.com, we collect your name, email address, and ticket contents solely to resolve your support inquiry.
- Commercial Purchases & Billing Details: All payment transactions are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC (or Stripe). Personal Identifiable Information (PII) including your legal name, billing address, email, and tax identification number (VAT/GST) is collected directly by Lemon Squeezy to issue tax-compliant invoices and license keys. Smart Infotech Apps never accesses or stores your raw credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Collected Data
We use collected information exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes:
- Fulfilling digital license keys and delivering software update packages.
- Providing technical troubleshooting and customer support for active license holders.
- Complying with statutory accounting and tax regulations required for registered MSME enterprises under Indian law.

3. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate this service:
- Lemon Squeezy / Stripe: For payment processing, global tax remittance, and automated license distribution.
- Cloudflare: For DDoS protection, DNS routing, and static edge caching.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Our landing page uses minimal essential session cookies required for network routing, security, and checkout delivery. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies or invasive retargeting pixels.
